• We will gladly bill health insurance if we receive a front and back copy of the card along with the policy holder’s full name, date of birth, and SS# within 48 hours of the initial visit. (This can be faxed to 501-279-9011)
• The staff at PrimeCare will gladly coordinate care with physicians back home.
• PrimeCare will provide any pertinent health care information to Harding University WITH PATIENT CONSENT.
• Also with patient consent, our staff is available by phone to parents of Harding students, so that they can be informed and be assured that their child is receiving the care he or she needs.
