We accept most insurance companies, but the patients are responsible for knowing the details of their insurance policy. You can call the number on the back of your insurance card or check online to ensure that your policy is valid, up-to-date and in effect when you visit the office. If we are given incorrect insurance information patients will be responsible for the balance and will be billed.

Some of the most common insurances we accept include:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
    - First Source
    - Health Advantage
    - Blue Advantage
  • Arkansas Municipal League
  • United Health Care
  • American LifeCare
  • Aetna
  • Cigna
  • Medicaid
  • QualChoice
  • AMCO

Payment of your bill can be made by check, cash, money orders, or with a  credit card. We require payment at the time of service. This allows us to keep our attention on doing the best we can for you, rather than acting as a bill collector or credit agency. The amount we charge is what it costs to provide top-quality medical care to you.

We accept most major insurance policies, however, insurance is VERY complicated. Responsibility lies with you to call the toll-free number on the back of your insurance card to assure that our medical services are covered under your plan. Every plan is different.

What do we charge for a visit?   If a patient has health insurance, he/she will be responsible for their co-pay or deductible amount. Patients without health insurance will be responsible for the entire amount of their charges the day of the visit.
Our payment process is as varied as our patients.   There are: private insurance companies, managed care plans, and government payers, such as Medicare and Medicaid.
